4. Purpose of processing of personal data / purpose of the register
The purpose of this register is to enable ecommerce through the Nature cooperative Wildmind's online store, such as the transmission of order information, billing information, payment confirmation or processing information between the merchant and the customer. In addition, the purpose of the register is to enable the customer service to contact and maintain the customer relationship and direct marketing, unless prohibited by the customer.

6. Regular sources of information
The information is collected through electronic forms on the Johku online service. Customers enter the information personally when ordering from the Johku online store.
7. Regular disclosures and transfers of information outside the EU or the EEA
The information is not passed on separately and remains solely with the controller. Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
8. Registry Protection Principles
A. Manual Material
If manual material is printed from the register stored in the computer, the material shall be kept in a locked state and the controller and statutory authorities shall have only access to the material.
B. Information stored in the computer system
The register is located on Aptual Commerce Oy's server, which is hosted in a managed data center. Complete registry information is accessible only to the registrar and Aptual Commerce Oy's technical maintenance staff. A merchant customer who has purchased a Johku service will have access to the personal information provided by these customers who have ordered from the Johku online store to the extent required by the trade.
9. Right of Inspection and Exercise of Right of Inspection
Everyone has the right of access to data relating to them. The right of inspection is free of charge once a year. Requests for review must be made in writing by handwritten letter or in person at the controller.
10. Correction of Information and Implementation
Everyone has the right to have the information in the register rectified. The request for rectification shall be made in writing and in a sufficiently individual manner.
11. Any other rights
According to Article 30 of the Personal Data Act, 'the data subject shall have the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data relating to him for direct marketing, distance selling and other direct marketing, market and opinion polling, as well as for personal data and genealogy.
